I called Mona's cause they were close to my house, and the groomer we had an appointment with off Dixie Hwy around Roosters, called me half way to work, said they were canceling everyone's appointments due to the weather. So took the dogs back home, got to work 45 minutes late and found Mona's on Google. Called and I believe I talked to Mona, told her I was calling to see if they could get me in with 2 dogs. We are going out of town and we are taking the dogs. We had an appointment with someone else and they canceled on me last minute. She said yes bring them in. Everything worked out great. the dogs look and smell great as well. We will be a new customer for sure. Thank you Mona's for making our car ride not a smelly road trip.

I give them the 5 star because they did an excellent job on my Iris. It was the 1st time I was there and I will definitely go back. They talked with me about how I would like my little girl to look and afterwards she looked beautiful. I was very nervous because it was her 1st grooming and after talking with Rob i knew she was in good hands.
Oh my gosh. I absolutely LOVE the staff here & they do AMAZING work. My girl had never been groomed before. They kept me in the loop, they took their time with her (VERY patient) and treated her like royalty! She looks so beautiful & I HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Your babies are safe with them ️ Plus they took some adorable Christmas pictures of her!
Amazing experience, my dog Rocco came back fresher than ever. Clean as a whistle and smooth as things that are smooth. The conditioner is magic, I swear. The fragrances are great too, wonderful selection too if I wanna mix it up when I get my baby back.
Took my puppers there for the first time today. They did a great job! They even put a bunny bandana on our puppers named Bunny!
