Ordered decaf coffee and a few desserts. Let me know they were on the way to my car with a cute gif and taped a valentine on one of the boxes! Great experience.

The birthday cake I order was beautiful! It was Lisa Frank themed. More importantly it was absolutely delicious. I submitted images via email to be printed on cake , and images for color scheme. The process was seamless. I got the 6” cake with 3 layers, and I think it could serve at least 8. The decorator here definitely knows their stuff, and was very helpful with choosing decorations and flavors.

An amazing bakery on historic Frankfort Avenue! I found this while visiting Louisville and had to try it. During Covid-19, they've been pick-up only, but it seems to be working out great. They post their menu daily on social media so it's always up to date and there's such a huge selection! I love that they sold cake slices because I definitely didn't need a whole cake lol. The red velvet is incredible, and the cannoli's are delicious! I'll definitely be back!

Save your time, save your money, save yourself the mental stress. We have attempted to order from this business multiple times during the pandemic. The first time they were unhelpful in ordering, blamed us for not knowing where the menu, was, yet it was not on their social media as described. Hoping the first was a fluke, we placed another order some months later. It is as though they are inconvenienced at our very existence, not helpful, disparaging, and just simply unkind. Ordering a cake should not be a stressful or unkind experience. Another time, After ordering and paying for my cake after ensuring, or so I thought, I was ordering from the proper menu; they called back - 15 minutes later - and let us know they were out of the cake. This is not a time where ordering a slice of cake should be this stressful. For heavens sake, it’s not worth it. I completely understand these are challenging times, and I am- or was- completely willing to give this establishment my business and time inspite of the rudeness I experienced. However, given my repeated negative experiences, we will not be returning.

Everything was so delicious. That was the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. The staff was very helpful in explaining the COVID protocols to us. We arrived and it was promptly ready. We really do appreciate that you are taking precautions for your staff and customers. We can’t wait to come back soon.
