The Customer Service was Very, Very Rude to my husband on Valentines Day. She kept telling my husband he was wrong, when he had the papers w/ him. The store manager Paul Norton never came up to help us out. When we were told he was in the store. We waited for him to come up for 20 minutes, no Paul Norton. The staff that we sold us our appliances were Great. Manager & Customer Service were So, So Unprofessional!!!!

Lowes fencing/Kingston, MA was the lowest quote out of three we received. The customer service was amazing. The installation/the job was done perfectly. We love our new vinyl fence! Todd from the fencing department was so helpful, so nice and always available if we had to call with questions prior to d after installation. He was the one who came out to give us the initial quote but followed through with us until the end- until the job was done. The people who came out to actually install it were really great too! Everyone called and/or came when they said, all were friendly and everything done efficiently. We are so happy. Highly recommend!

Went to Kingston MA store to buy a levolor Trim & Fit cellular shades today and encountered the same problem twice before 1/11/2020,1/14/2020. Press the self Service Button, nobody shows up for at least 20min. Go to cash register or customer service have them page someone, wait another 20 minutes. Someone arrives, explains they don't know how to operate machine to trim sizes, but will find someone. Either team spirit is lacking or poor training.

I go here once in a while (I prefer Home Depot). As always, there is very little good customer service. Very few employees seem to be happy with their job. Other than that, the store is ok. It's clean and had what I needed.
