My dad loves to come to the store and just look around. It's his way of getting out of the house. Here is the problem.....my dad needs to ride one of the motorized carts. He has COPD, wears an oxygen pack on his back and walks with a cane. He is physically not able to walk around. This store only has 2 motorized carts and for the past 2 months or so 1 cart has been out of order. My mother inquired about this and was basically told by the manager they called someone and they haven't come to fix it yet. 2 months!!! This is unacceptable. Shouldn't they have more than just 2 motorized carts?

Large selection, sometimes things are hard to find but in such a large store it’s not bad. Get a my Lowe’s card and never worry about losing a receipt again.

10/19/20 Extremely pleased with nice young guy,John,who delivered my new refrigerator, moved my old one and installed the new one so quickly. Received courtesy call from him saying when he would be here, and he was!! He was very thorough, measuring everything before he moved the old one out or the new one in. Super nice manners and the best customer service! I worked in customer service over 50 years and always like to commend people like John for a job well done. Thank you!
