Visited the store today and started to ask a worker a question and he immediately told me that he didn't work in that area without even knowing what I wanted. Didn't care at all about helping me so I walked out and will never go back to be insulted again. Very poor customer service.

Lowe's has become one of our go-to stores for all household items. We recently purchased custom blinds for our entire house including installation and the price was incredibly Low compared to competitors. We were extremely happy with the results. The staff at this Lowe's are very friendly and helpful and take the initiative to ask if you need any assistance with finding items. We also purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and got a wonderful product at a great price with a 3-year extended warranty. It's also nice the store has a public restroom for those long shopping days. We love the reserved parking for Veterans!

I loved the facts you have parking for disabled vets. I walked into the store and the customer service rep pointed us into the correct location. Saving us from walking all over the store. Also customer service cashed up out...GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The staff at Lowes seem more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly than the other big home improvement stores. As soon as we walked in I was greeted with that sweet smell of fresh cut timber. The smell of newness actually made me excited to get going with our projects. We spent more time and money on this venture than we were anticipating but it will all be worth it. A staff member walked with us and helped the entire visit. Just like the last time we were there a few weeks before when we purchased a new entry door, security storm door, and all the latest technology hardware. We really love the Google nest video doorbell and can sleep better at night knowing our homes perimeter is being monitored & recorded 24/7 with googles smart i.q. outdoor security cameras to boot. Go to Lowes and you to can receive a great shopping experience...
