Adam was the Lowe's Associate that helped me when I wanted to purchase a new grill (ours died the day before the Pats/Raiders game!!). Adam explained he was deaf and produced a pad and pen. He made me feel completely taken care of. And reached out to his boss (Brooks?) when I asked a question he wasn't sure of the answer. He helped me get the floor model into my vehicle provided expert guidance as I disassembled the stand from the grill. And he got both into my Rogue carefully and considerately. I am so happy that I lucked into getting Adam to help me. He deserves a commendation!!!

Bought a stove online. Received email that order was ready for pick up. Removed my old stove and put out in front of my house, had to remove front door from hinges. Arrived at Lowes and it took more than an hour to get the stove. Almost didn't get the stove, WHY? No body in the store could drive a lift to remove the stove from a shelf. This is at 5:30 pm. Spent an hour standing in the appliance area as the employee tried to find somebody qualified to drive a lift top remove it from a low shelf. They were trying to get me to come back the next day, I refused. Somehow they were able to get the stove down after more than an hour.

I am so discussed with Lowe’s in Danvers!!! I have been waiting for a delivery since October 1, 2020! I call them and most of the time I cannot get through, or the line gets disconnected, or no one can help me!!! My delivery date has been changed 6 times without any notice! I have had to arrange my Days so that I would be here for the delivery. And every time it was a no show! I was promised that I would get my order today 10-19-20 between 9:30 & 1:30 and again no show, no phone call, no text message, nothing!!! I tried calling Lowe’s again no answer in any department! So I went on line to Check my order status And it stated the date was changed again For tomorrow 10-20-20 @ 8:00am !!!!! No phone call from Lowe’s with an apology, nothing!! I will never buy anything from them again.

They actually carry their washing machines and dryers in-store unlike home depot. Very happy customer.

Employees so very helpful, one inparticular I didn't get her name, but she has a long ginger braid . I have a back injury and she held the restroom door for me and asked if I needed help. She knew which aisle each item I was shopping for was in. Aisles are well labeled, not as difficult to find what I need as in other home supply store. Very pleasant shopping experience today.
