reliable and great customer service. I always go first thing in the morning and everyone is very pleasant. This is a dog-friendly store so it helps with the heat of the summer. Don't leave the pet in cars unnecessarily!

Cusromer Service helped overcome issues so that when I bought a product there they BACKED it. Thank you Lowes. This photo is a piece I bought at Harbor Freight. The PLASTIC recoil broke when the motor started. Although they recognise me and REMEMBER the purchase. No receipt. No Joy. I wrap a leash around the crank to start my brand nee generator. Next time i go to harbor freight Ill choose Lowes instead.

One of the worst stores I have ever done business with! On two separate occasions, I have had extremely difficult experiences with this store. They have many staff that are rude. They do not return calls as promised or just hang up when they do. They have pathetic scheduling for deliveries and installations. The first was the purchase and install of a new washer and dryer set. I was actually asked if I minded the new unit being damaged. I waited nearly two months for my new appliances to even be brought to the store and then they sold them instead of delivering them. I was then waiting almost another month for another set to come in. It then took them two more weeks to set up delivery and install. The second was the delivery and install of a new microwave. We were hung up on during several calls and on other occasions promised call backs that never occurred. We purchased a microwave that we liked from an extremely rude sales person and were told that all the microwave the store carried were the same dimensions except for the compact ones so we would not have any problems. We bought a microwave and paid for delivery and install. We called several times because no one contacted us finally after nearly three weeks someone called. Then lo and behold the microwave doesn't fit correctly. The installer said he could make it work but it would not look correct and recommended we did not use the unit purchased. We contacted store for a refund only to be told by another rude individual, this time a manager, that fifty dollars would be retained due the installer having made a wasted trip. This was never mentioned to us by anyone including the installer. We got our full refund in the end but will never do business with this store again. I will not be shopping at this store in the future and I would recommend others not to as well.

I am so very pleased with my visit today. I was helped so much. The most knowledgeable person in doing blinds. She asked al the right questions. She cut my blinds to order. I got help with my drill key I had lost. Thank you so much. I don't want to put names down. Thank you!!!

Couldn't decide between 2 pergolas and a kind associate helped me out! They also got it down for me from the garden center and found a knock themselves in the one they brought down so got me the other one!
