Customer Service/Pickup Department is useless. I've been working with them for 20 days on trying to get the correct item & resolve the issue. Highly recommend doing online pickups @ the Milford location; the additional 15 minute drive is well worth it & prevents a future headache with the Beechmont staff. I'm convinced that they do not care about their customers at this location. Very sad.

I needed some straw and grass seed. The straw was locked up and they didn’t want to unlock the trailer to get it for me. I also needed a bag of grass seed that was stored on the top shelf. The fork lift driver said it wasn’t his problem. They had everything I needed but wouldn’t sell it to me. I’m left asking myself why i continue to spend my money here. Home Depot is down the road. I wouldn’t come here and I won’t again.

I have never felt so wronged by a company in my life. I’ve had a horrible experience with Lowe’s and trying to get a hot water heater installed. I’ve been left feeling sick to my stomach and I will NEVER shop at Lowe’s again in my life and will advise everyone I know and meet to do the same. After being put on the back burner with a huge purchase (no problem taking my 1600 though) I find out no one has even scheduled for my water heater to be replaced. After 4 days without water, 2 missed appointments, speaking with 15 representatives, I find out they can’t be here for 2 more days. So after final being fed up, I call a plumber and arrange for them to come that day, no issues. I’m in financial hardship and needed to finance this on my credit card. Lowe’s still hasn’t refunded my money so I had to pay full 1600 out of pocket. Completely out over 3000 waiting for my refund. So thank you Lowe’s for not caring about me or my family when it is 30 degrees outside and I have no hot water.

Went in to have a key cut. Asked 3 associates if they could page someone to do so as they walked by. They did not even acknowledge me. Finally I went to Customer Service desk to get someone paged. Geoff did a wonderful job. Was friendly, thanked me and asked me to return. After using self checkout Cathy told me to have a good day.
