Rick went out of his way to help me and my sister In law by doing so our experience here was fast and easy. He did not hesitate one bit and helped us in a completely different area and made sure we no longer needed help. The store seemed neat other than the rods we needed help trying to find. Rick started taking down all the rods until he found the size we needed

Hit or miss. Sometimes you get good help and sometimes you get the crazy stair from the paint lady when you ask a simple question. I honestly think the woman was high.

Purchased a new home so I bought all of my appliances from the Erwin Lowe’s as it was closest to my home for delivery. They also were competitive with their pricing and that sealed the deal for me. After installation, the dryer drum wouldn’t turn. Contacted Maytag and they sent a technician out who informed me the motor was bad. Since I was within 30 days of purchase, I was able to contact Lowe’s and get a free exchange. They came out the very next morning by 8am and swapped the dryer out - they even made sure it worked appropriately before leaving. I’ve been to the store on multiple occasions since purchasing my home and typically find everything I’m looking for. I will say you can’t always trust the In Stock number on the website so probably best to call or just swing by if you’re needing multiples of an item. Very convenient location and thus far I haven’t waited in line for an eternity trying to checkout.
