Customer service isn't the best. Nobody here is very knowledgeable about home repairs or appliance repairs. They'd rather push you out the door to a different store or have you purchase new appliances instead of being helpful and helping a customer find what they need to fix something used.

Normally, I get a military discount with My Lowes account. I tried to buy a washing machine on line but couldn't find a place to put my account number. I opened a chat line, explained my situation and asked for help. She said that if I signed in at the front of the order it would show up. I tried that and it didn't show up. I called the KC Kansas store and they said if I ordered it over the phone, I could bring them the receipt and they would give me the discount. I decided to go to Osage Beach and buy it in person and take it with me. I still didn't get the discount because Lowe's doesn't give it on appliances. Why couldn't they tell me that the first time?
