I’m sorry I didn’t remember his name but he was a young African American gentleman that was back in the lumber section was awesome! Super attentive helped us find the lumber we needed and even offered to cut it to the size we needed so we didn’t have to do it at home. He was super nice even when a guy got angry at him because per store rules they can’t cut treated wood inside I think was the problem?? but he handled it well and was back to helping us and another couple with a smile on his face!

Easy to find prices on the app and where things are located. Long lines because of only two cashiers being open and the self service closed.

Very poor customer service. Pick up a bathroom vanity for a remodel. Customer Service just loaded the vanity onto a cart and sent me on my way. No offer to help load it or anything. Of course I could not get it into the SUV, so I asked for assistance. Customer Service could not find anyone to assist, despite flagging down a customer of shop guys who said they’d be back, but never returned. Finally got 2 random guys in the parking lot to help me load it! Also, prices are not marked on or near many items to be sold. No UPC code on the items either to look up prices either! What a way to run a business!

Very impressed with selection of wood for home projects. They carry Oak, Poplar, Cedar and Select Pine and prices were reasonable
