Just got off the phone with by far the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to. I called looking for a riding lawn mower that my buddy got in a previous year model for a great deal. The lady I spoke with clearly did a quick search of their online inventory and said they didn’t have any. I proceeded to explain that my buddy worked with an associate who located the mower and asked if there’s any chance it could be in the back or somewhere else in the store. In a very short and extremely rude tone said “sir there are no more in the store” as if I was wasting her time even asking that question. I immediately said nevermind and hung up and will NEVER contact this store again.

This is the worst location! Do not order appliances from here! They promised us a NEW refrigerator and a date they would deliver. Not only did they not deliver on that date, they tried to give a small refrigerator with dents and not packaged! Then they used a 3rd party delivery company XPO to deliver again. They showed up but did not knock on the door. When we called customer service they drivers lied and said they knocked. The dummies did not know we have a security system that alerts us when someone is at the door! We we call customer service, we're placed on hold then given the run-around. We went into the store and was told they \found it sitting in the back waiting to be delivered\. This place is a mess and full of liars! I would not have given one star but I couldn't post unless I gave one.

Almost the entire time I was shopping toward the front of the store, I had to listen to two loud cashiers working self checkout. They were sitting on each side of the entrance to the area having a personal conversation about their life. No knowing who has been talking about them in their business. It would of been nice to have been greeted like the other store I stopped at after this one. Got to do better. I don't want to listen to negative conversations and could not avoid it.

My experience was extremely poor. I'll give zero star if possible, but I have to give 1 star to post. I arrived at Lowe's at 9:35 a.m. to pick up my online order and an instore purchase. I wanted to exchange a cabinet for another one, Carolyn in customer service could not help me and told me that I will have to wait for Melissa to do so. Melissa came in at 10 a.m. and could not understand why Carolyn told me that. While patiently waiting for Melissa she took two calls knowing that I was waiting for her. She could have told the customers that she had someone at her desk and she would have to call them back, finally after 15 minutes she decided to help me. Valinda, was pulling my online order which took her over 45 minutes to do so because no employees was there to help her. Carolyn told me to go to the register to pay for the additional cabinet and I was telling the cashier about my poor experience and she got help. Hirsch was very apologetic and was very helpful and I will give him a five star but for the rest of your employees they need extensive training in customer service. The box for Item number 795986 was damaged at the top and the bottom the bottom falling out. I'm hoping the cabinet is not damaged. I will never ever shop at Lowe's in Bowie Maryland again.

About 15 years ago I bought tin snips from Lowe’s, the first time I used them the handle snapped in my hands, and I said to myself I will never shop at Lowe’s again!, but I went back this year for the first time in 15 years and was pleasantly surprised with updated items for-sale they are much better now and I actually prefer Lowe’s to Home Depot now!
