This was the only store within a 100 miles stocking the lumber we needed to finish a project. We placed an order online and arrived just before closing time. We were immediately helped, but learned they picked the wrong items. Drew knowing we made a special trip found the correct lumber, helped us load and never complained. We felt horrible to keep him after hours, but he said this is what customer services is all about. He is right! Fantastic store and an even better employee!

In and out, easy. Festus Lowe's is always clean, products are on the shelf, it employees are friendly. Had to run-in for some PVC, they had everything I needed one area, no hunting around for the different parts.
