IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT SCHEDULING/ORDERING ANYTHING FOR DELIVERY, PLEASE READ: Update: it’s been FOUR MONTHS and I’m still waiting on my delivery! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I decided to make a purchase. I purchased a refrigerator in the store, scheduled a delivery for a few days later. ON THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY - I get a voicemail from Trevor telling me the fridge is OUT OF STOCK. When I was in the store, I was told they have 4 in stock! To try to get help over the phone took forever, pressed 3 for help with delivery, told the operator my situation and he transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and he didn’t answer. 4 or 5 times later, I get a hold of him again and then he finally decided to try to assist me but informed me that my next delivery was scheduled for September 21st! Trevor did not mention that in his voicemail. I finally spoke with a manager and only because I expressed the fact that I really needed this refrigerator for my high risk pregnant daughter’s insulin, they sent over a loaner fridge. I’m now realizing I shouldn’t have accepted the loaner because I’m going to have to empty everything out of the refrigerator yet again to put back into the one I purchased when it arrives. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful the manager was able to do that for me, but the lack of communication, professionalism and having to basically fight for an order was too much. We’re all experiencing tough times right now but this was not okay and I see it’s not the first time it’s happened here.

Was at the store at 7:20 am (20 minutes after they opened) - this is what the women's restroom looked like ......DISGUSTING. Employees can't even clean the restroom before they close the store or even open the store! Totally gross!

Good home improvement store. Much cleaner and more organized than most home depot's I have been to. Can usually find most Everything your looking for here.

This Lowe's is your typical store with plenty of parking spots and easy to get to. The store is clean and we'll kept. It is not easy to see from the main road and they need to place signs to indicate where it is. The selection of products is good and most are in stock. The prices are fair.

The store was well stocked with everything I needed. I really felt the holiday spirit on my shopping trip. In Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. The employees monitored the check out line and it moved along quickly.
