The level of incompetence the employees have at the saugus branch is unparalleled. I purchased over three thousand dollars worth of materials for a bathroom renovation, paid for shipping, was called the day of delivery and informed that they do not have any of the items I ordered and delivery would be rescheduled. I explained to Lisa (who refused to take an responsibility) that I relied upon the materials being here and paid a plumber and renovation crew who now have nothing to install. I was told I would get a call back from a manager which never happened.

Been 2 months that my elderly parents have NO kitchen during covid! Kitchen has been half done, and installed incorrectly for 2 months, no sink! Paid in full for cabinets and install. Paid for the granite and Lowes never gave the stone co the deposit. Been to BBB and elderly services after I went to every manager from store to corp office...nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. extremely frustrating. totally unaccountable, it's absolutely mind boggling. DO NOT START A LARGE PROJECT FROM LOWES. 2 MONTHS, STILL NOTHING.
