Cashier rude . Was not at register standing outside. She acted like oh my gosh why did we brother her. This has happened alot at Lowe's. Give me a break I'm a paying courteous customer . I deserve to be treated as such. If you don't want to be there go home, simple.

Not the newest store, however the employees here have their stuff together. Lately it seems that Lowe's employee tend to run away from helping folk, but not here!!! Associates were informative and very helpful. Our cashier, Tami was very patient, and well represents what I expect from a well run store. Great job Laurenberg!!!!!

Had an online order spoke with Courtney York in customer care. She was AWESOME! Her customer service was the best! She set a high standard so when I called Lowe’s in Sumter and S. Florence I expected the same. Unfortunately, Sumter store customer service was TRASH! and S. Florence needs improvement. Thanks Courtney for having such wonderful customer service skills!

Me and my boyfriend went to Lowe’s in Laurinburg today because I needed a rug runner for my rug. So when we got to the section, I pressed the Customer Assistance button. We waited a few and no one came, so I pressed the button again. Remind you that it comes over the loud speakers that customer service is needed in the area. Well 30 minutes later I had to press the button again, while we were standing there, two workers stood there , one looks DIRECTLY at us and said something to the other. The other worker then proceeds to point at us and then they leave without coming to see what we need. I was not about to press that button for the fourth time because why would you need a customer assistance button if the workers don’t want to assist you!!!! I will NEVER go in that place again. It’s sad, really sad!!
