I placed a curbside order with this store because it was one of few stores in the area that have item ordered in stock. When I got there, I checked in for curbside picked up and waited for over 10 minutes, no one showed up. I went inside to inquire about the order and was told that they only have four 10-packs in stock out 23 in which I ordered. I asked if it's ok to pick up the ones they had in stock while they get the rest from a different store. They said yes and they will ICB the rest. I waited over two weeks and finally received a call from them to go pick up the remaining of my order. When I got there, they wanted to give me 19 pieces NOT boxes. I requested a cancelation for the order. I was told that I won't be charged since I didn't pick up the items. Then I received an email saying THANK YOU FOR PICKING UP YOUR ORDER!!! I contacted the store and was told they are sorry and will process a refund. Now it's been almost two weeks and they still haven't processed my refund. If they don't process my refund soon, next step filing a complaint with Lowes Corporate Office.

I am rating assistant Manger Jeff Kurinec. Customer not wearing mask and when I talked with Jeff he did nothing.. Custmer stood next to manager and he never mentioned the mask to the customer. I buy a lot from this store but in the future will be visiting Menatds.

Lowes is Lowes. Don't expect too much but aisles are generally clearly labels and staff is marginally helpful. Selection is what I would call average. Friendliness is very good

Lowe's installed a fence at my home this past week. I signed the contract with Lowe's in May and was promised the fence would be installed by July - here we are in September. In addition, the fence was poorly installed with gaps everywhere and they damaged the sprinkler system - breaking the pipe 10 times and damaging the control wires. The only reason I'm rating them one star is because there is not a negative rating possibility. So in addition to not honoring their contract, I'm now left having to repair the sprinkler system (1.000 ) at my expense and then rip the fence out in order to have a reputable company put in a fence properly. If you need to buy a hammer - go to Lowe's. If you need a fence DO NOT HAVE LOWE's DO IT. You'll be very sorry if you do and you'll waste time and thousands of dollars just like I did.
