The (older) staff member who helped me find the appliances and accoutrement needed was Fantastic. She definitely was on her game. And knew exactly where she needed to take me to find what I needed. The (younger) staff at checkout seemed more interested in their own conversations with eachother and less interested in helping me purchase material and get through the checkout lane. My advice : Managers.. teach your younger workers to gain eye contact with customers and encourage them to Ask Questions. I've been a retail worker for decades and I've known the most important customer in your store is the one that is directly in front of you and prepared to make a purchase.. Lastly, your products you sell are Top Notch. Fridge, microwave, paint, hand tools, plumbing, building materials and lawn supplies.. I highly recommend your products.. Thanks for your business

Oh jeez louise this was interesting. The only reason I visited Lowe's was due to a gift card from Christmas. Well it exactly like its always been. Dimly lit with clearance items mixed in with regular priced ones. No employees to in ear shot. Got sick looking for what I wanted to buy with said gift card & ended up with junk. Blah I don't like Lowe's.

As a homeowner I love Lowe's. They always have whatever I need. The staff is very helpful with helping you find things you need. They're also really good at helping you figure out what you need if you're not sure. I've encountered a lot of things in my house that I've never dealt with before. Their employees are knowledgeable and can usually help me with what to do and what I'll need to get it done. Pictures help. Also as a disabled veteran on a fixed income so the 10% discount for veterans really helps out.
