I bought carpet from Lowes. That was fine although I never got to see it. The installation company came out 3 times and all 3 times threw their hands in the air. Vickie at the installation company apparently runs the show. She is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She sent out 1 guy to do carpet for my entire house. Canceled my entire order because of installation problems.

We've been using curbside pickup for quite some time, which has worked very well. With this last order, my email confirmation stated that the order was in a locker, so we tried this for the first time. This was very easy and didn't require bothering someone to bring it out to us. It also allowed us to pick up our order as early as 6:00 a.m.

We were looking at kitchen faucets when a staff member told us we had to move so they could come through that aisle. They didn’t ask they told us. Very rude. We asked an employee who was standing at the register waiting for a customer to call the manager for us. He declined and told us to go to customer service. So we went to the customer service and there was a line of people waiting. We asked the customer service associate to call a manager for us and she said she would in a minute. She then waited on another customer and called the manager when she finished. The manager came up and my husband explained what had occurred. He simply responded with ok I will find out who that was and talk to them about what happened. The manager finally apologized only after my husband told him he had lost a sale. He seemed very unconcerned that employees treat the customers poorly. We will not be back.
