Super friendly team and knowledgeable especially Josh that wears nice round gold glasses at their plant section.

Shelves were stocked properly and the prepackaged items that I needed to get were there. The downside, I needed a piece of tubing cut and there was nobody to help. 2 assistants walked right by us and said they would be back, we pressed the assistance button and someone eventually came, helped another guy and we spent over 30 minutes waiting before we finally left. Didn't get the tubing. They were relatively busy but seem to be understaffed or poorly staffed.

Spent a week reviewing toilets to purchase for our new home down the road. Went to finally buy 2 & an employee ignored us. We got 1 loaded on a cart & by that time sought out Manager Dave who kindly assisted with the completion of our purchase. Now living across the street we will be here constantly & I appreciate knowing someone like management Dave is there if we need help.

Do not use Lowe’s for flooring. We’ve had nothing but issues. Bought hardwood, installers came out and cut up our existing carpet, said hardwood couldn’t be installed, so they left. Had to go back to the store and settled on carpet. They came to pick up the hardwood and took a chunk out of our wall. They left too. Called customer service who said the store would call back within 24 hours. Heard nothing back. Called again and was told we had to work it out with the company Lowe’s contracted. So far we’ve wasted many hours with customer service, don’t have a timeline for new carpet, we can’t get the refund correct, our existing carpet is all cut up, and we’ve got a nice new whole in the wall. Avoid Lowe’s for flooring at all costs.

This Lowe's is pretty average as home improvement stores go. I can usually find better deals and specific products I'm looking for at Home Depot but they both are about equal. Staff is OK, they have face masks if you need them when entering the store. I didn't see anyone wiping carts but DIY cleaning supplies were also available.
