This Lowe’s location is definitely more miss than hit. Almost never find what I’m looking for that should exist in a home improvement store. And the bathrooms are ALWAYS appalling. There are about 2 employees that ever seem helpful. I try to avoid shopping here as much as possible. If you can find it elsewhere, I would!

MAN!!! You gotta keep me out of Lowe’s during work hours. I spent an Hour and a half at Lowe’s off Gunbarrel Rd, Chattanooga Tn, today and loved every minute of it. Lowe’s recent revamp of there tools department is great. Looks real good and it made tools easier to find. I used to be a die hard “Depot Dude”. Now I come to Lowe’s for a few particular things on a regular basis and finding more things to come back for. Great Job LOWE’S!

This place has been nothing short of awful. I went in, and purchased a washer and dryer on a Saturday and scheduled it to be delivered on that Tuesday. The delivery people were running an hour late, I had to leave for work and called the delivery department and asked if they could set up the appliances if I just left a key out for them. They said yes, and I thought everything was fine. I get back, and there is no washer or dryer. I called in the next day to the delivery department, was on hold for 45 minutes, and was told they would be there that Thursday. Thursday comes, and no one shows up. I go into the store on Sunday, no one is working in delivery. I call that Monday, and again, no one is working. After two hours on hold, with hang ups, and constant transferring I finally got the delivery scheduled, and they can't even send me a confirmation or give me a firm time of when it will be delivered. Customer service is terrible, no one in store is willing to help, and I will never shop at this Lowe's again.

Typical big box inventory and pricing. I have had problems with quality of products and services. I brought my issues to customer service and then management with less than satisfactory results. I primarily use Home Depot. I only go on Lowes with other people. Not to purchase for myself. in Lowes wit

The only problem that I experienced was not enough choices for tub and shower combo. I had no problem finding an employee willing to help. I did not get his name, but he walked me through all my picking for my bathroom parts.
