Store itself is just fine. Employees here are less than desirable. No one knows a thing about what they are selling. Don’t bother trying to order something for pickup, you will be waiting a VERY long time.... honestly I don’t think they even try here, it’s kinda funny. I waited a week for them to email me that my order was ready to pickup (when the website showed everything in stock) when I really expected it same day. Never received the email so I went in and found everything in under 5 minutes.... apparently someone that gets paid to go find this stuff can’t be bothered.

Always have seasonal stuff and are well stocked. Tended to have more electronics and ceiling fan parts in a side by side comparison with Home Depot on the same day last week. Usually also have a number of clearance and marked down items to slow you down. Had helpful staff which will walk you to what you're looking for

Sunday afternoon - only one cashier open and about 10 people in line. All the self service checkouts closed. Maybe lowes can send a spy over to Home Depot to see how to efficiently move customers through checkout.

This review is for the appliance delivery process. Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered products fine, scheduling was fine for the first go around. They didn’t have a part in the store on first delivery day, so the did a partial delivery and install. Attempt of delivery of day 2-6 have been failed due to: Lowe’s didn’t put new delivery day in the system, Lowe’s shipped the wrong appliance (wrong brand and color), spirit team took all the connectors with them so subsequent installs had to be rescheduled after we realized we didn’t have the parts anymore, spirit scheduled delivery on times when it explicitly stated I would not be in the area, spirit delivery team damaged the refrigerator, and damaged the door frame. Recap: 6 scheduled delivery and we still don’t have it completed. 7th delivery attempt was suppose to be scheduled for Friday am...
