I have already gone yo a couple of locations where the service is just the worst. No one can help. Not a single person available and the ones who stop to humor you don't know how to help or where anything is. Today, though, topped it all off for me. I was loading my cart and an elderly gentleman and his wife came to my aide even when we saw employees that passed by and saw us having a hard time and not one offered assistance. The gentleman fell at one point and got hurt. At that moment the employee magically appeared to help! I feel horrible this happened when there are employees there clearly wandering around just ignoring you instead of helping Get! Get people that deliver consistent, quality service! Really!

If a store is struggling with keeping up with a service, they shouldn’t offer it. I drove to the curbside pickup and had called into the store to pick up and order, no one answered the curbside line nor the customer service line. And to top it off, Lowe’s gave me a used item!! When I paid for brand new! Utterly ridiculous!

This store is getting worse. Not only is the place poorly-managed and dirty, but they deleted a lot of the (already paltry selection of) plumbing and electrical supplies to make more room for inflatable Santa’s and Easter bunnies. I wish this town were big enough for a real plumbing supply store.

Typically Lowe's has exceptional service. This location struggles with associates at customer service and checkout. The people working the floor in each dept were plentiful and helpful. Once it was time to checkout, even though the lines were very short, under trained and seemingly bothered young associates left me frustrated and looking for a Home Depot.

This Lowes location does a good job. The people are always helpful and friendly. I tend to find that Home Depot has items I need more often, but they do have great selection The parking lot is easy to get in and out of as well.
