This Lowe’s literally never answers the phone. None of departments. You can keep calling back and go through literally every department option on their automated recording (if you’re willing to hang up and call back 10 times for each department... which I did) and no one will pick up. There must be no one working there . Annoying.

Let me make take this opportunity to make this statement on this platform... \PLEASE if you have zero interest in learning about home improvement products or services DO NOT APPLY to a home improvement store.\ Not a single person in this store has EVER been able to help me locate and or identify items sold in store. Instead I've been sent on wild goose chases with no map as if I'm trying to find Carmen San Diego. I'd be better off bringing Dora with me as she has a map in her backpack that would probably best direct me than these employees. Don't waste your time. Order online... let them run this goose chase on their own and come get your items. Disclaimer they will likely be incorrect. Good luck with this place.
