Though the inventory was a bit lower than the last time I was there, the employees are just fabulous! Helpful, not aggressive. All carefully listen, then take you to the relevant area of the supplies. If they can't help, they'll get an employee who can. They work together and that helps the consumer. I was able to purchase everything I needed for my projects. Love Lowes. Their employees are the best!

It felt like bait & switch. We grabbed 5 bags of mulch since this sign leads you to believe it's on sale. It rang up at double the price. I had to go take this photo of the sign, and they did honor the price, but it held up the line for a good 5-10 minutes to check out.

Old outdated and dirty store, poor layout, bad lighting. There were many people walking around without masks. No customer service around to help get products. I'd typically prefer to shop at Lowe's over Home Depot but this store is so bad it's not worth it.

Overall the decor of the store etc pales a bit in comparison to their competition Home Depot. They should add self checkout option for example to speed checkout times.

Shop here very often. Plumbing department has great customer service. He very knowledgeable about things you can not find.
