One of the employees ( Izzy ) was very helpful and kind. She had a smile and customer service is huge for me. I wanted to leave HER 5 starts. She was great

Mike and Mike, in the outdoor garden yard are phenomenal! Excellent, prompt and courteous service, they took extreme care and caution when loading our Jeep!

Rob in millwork has been excellent to deal with. He has been incredibly responsive and professional. He has provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. He worked with me to spec-out 5 custom doors for my basement refinish project, providing multiple timely quotes as I made adjustments to my request. All was done quickly over email and phone, which is much appreciated during a pandemic. This experience will definitely help determine where I do my future home improvement shopping.

I used the Lowe's in Hanover, PA for a flooring installation. Worst customer service I have ever had. Multiple phone calls, nothing back. Indifferent and rude workers, not to mention it took two months to complete. Home depot was able to finish a much more intense project in half the time. Lowe's is fine if you are physically picking up and leaving with your products in hand. Otherwise, I highly recommend Home Depot (right across the street) for serious home renovation. Especially if you care about being treated with even an ounce of respect. Lowe's doesn't need our business, so they not only won't go out of their way to help, but barely do their job. Not sure if me being a woman made it worse, but definitely didn't help.

Garden center is much larger than home depo. Bought a large amount if perennials to give a flowerbed a make over.
