They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst service ever they never showed up to deliver my dryer I ordered. I waisted an entire Saturday, so I called that evening and they tell me it was back ordered. Then they tell me it will be here on Wednesday and they will call me Tuesday to let me know when they will show up, wait all evening for a phone call and nothing. So I call and guess what the order was back ordered again with no phone call to tell me or anything. I seriously will never step foot into Hillsboro Lowe’s and when we build our house I’ll pay more money to by pass them. Terrible service.

I took a curtain rod back because it was supposed to be a tension rod and that was fault of the employee that helped me. The girl that started to do my return was nice, but had trouble because it was past 90 days. She called to a young man for help. His demeanor and attitude was that he did not want to be bothered. I received my refund on a gift card, which is fine, but no smile, no helpful words. And then I get some stick on numbers and letters, and they ring up wrong at the register. She said they were probably in the wrong place, maybe just like the curtain rods. I really wish there was a home depot closer to me.

Lowe's the store where you can find anything you will need to improve your home. Although there were things you can't find because national factories are not supplying as normal. But you can always count on a good service.
