I give the location a 4 and the staff a 2. Although this is probably one of the cleaner, more organized and well stocked stores in the area, staff either never know where anything is or when you try to get their attention they often act like they didn't hear or see you. Happened several times to a few different people I've talked to so I wasn't just having an out of the ordinary experience. If you know what you want and where it is, this store is recommended.

Great customer service. I called ahead to exchange a damaged freezer and they checked to see if they had one to replace it. They said were out but they expected 9 more the next day. So I called the next day when they suggested and they checked. They had one so pulled it and set it at customer service awaiting my arrival with my name on it. It was a quick exchange and I was on my way home. Thanks for the friendly and great customer service!

I went into Lowe's today with a friend of mine and she actually ordered a freezer she paid for it I stated she will be back to pick it up but as soon as we got into the car she got a call stating that her son bought her freezer already and she went back to get the money they've been like it for no problems it wasn't crowded was in a long line it was sanitizer for the hands at the door keeper towers and everybody practicing Justice good place to shop

Had everything we needed. As new home owners, we didn't know anything going into a bathroom sink replacement. But with the help of YouTube and the very knowledgeable plumbing section employee, Steve, we were able to tackle the project without the need of a plumber! Definitely has our continued business for all of our new home repairs.
