Tech Support is now Terrible. If you manage to get someone who speaks English as their first language they will just sit there and go through prompts. No actual real help. I used to be able to call in and get someone that knew what they were doing. Now If you can't figure it out through a Youtube video or on a forum you are pretty much screwed.
Customer service is terrible. Manufactures in Mexico but charges like it's made in USA. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Have called them 3 times and been on hold for over 20 minutes each time and still haven’t talked to a representative yet. You would think the thousands of dollars we spend on their products they would have plenty of service help.
