Amazing job. Shoe was all ripped on the bottom and made my shoes look brand new.

If I could give less then 0 stars I would. Charged me 25 to put the rubber lift on the heels of my boots and to stretch them as well. I went on a Saturday and Jorge said that they would be done on Tuesday. I confirmed with him not once, not twice but three times before I left the store. I show up on Tuesday to not stretched shoes. He looked me in my eye and was like “oh you wanted them stretched too?” like I didn’t confirm with him and he didn’t write it on the ticket. I show up two days later to STILL NOT STRETCHED SHOES. IF YOU CANT DO SOMETHING OR DONT KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING, DONT ACT LIKE YOU DO OR LIKE YOU CAN!!! Never coming here again and it’s a shame because this used to be my back up place for the one on Simpson.

There really needs to be a NO STAR option. The store is TINY and cold... Extremely OVERPRICED for minimum repairs. I declined their services and HAPPILY took my business elsewhere.
Not only did they do a great job of what I asked them to do, but they were responsible! God bless you.
Instead of nailing the rubber taps he glued them on the heel of the boots. And he charged 4. It's cheaper in the city and they nail the taps.
This shoe repairer does the most amazing job possible! I've had about 20 pairs of heels fixed by him and he always amazes me. Please check this place out. (Very inexpensive)
