Don't waste your time. We had multiple appointments setup with Ernie at Advanced and each time they didn't show to perform the work. After the 2nd time they no-showed and I called Ernie stated they had employee issues and would discount our cleaning by 1/2 if we would reschedule. I took off and waited a 3rd time and they didn't show. I called and he said he would call me back because he was driving. He didn't call back and didn't pick up when i tried him. Very unprofessional, unorganized company. Not someone I would want on my roof after seeing how they operate.
