This is a follow-up to, I admit, an unfavorable review I wrote earlier today. While writing the first review, I was on hold for a total of 25 minutes then the call \disconnected\. I immediately called back and spoke to a sweet woman named Carol. She took my information and passed it to the manager Alan McMillen. He called me right away and in less than 10 minutes was able to get me the information I needed. He promised to keep me updated and was very detailed of what was going on with my car. Thank you Carol and Alan for taking my concerns seriously and addressing my issue. I appreciate your transparency, patience, and follow through.

I want to take a moment to thank Eyan Smith and the finance department for helping me get into the Rouge I wanted.. He was very attentive, stayed late on a Saturday and worked with us for 3 to 4 hours from used to new vehicles... the finance manager was more then amazing working with my rate and getting me close to a payment I could agree to with gap and and interest rate I couldn't get myself... Dominick thank you for being a great manager and recommending Eyan your personality and mine are to be competitive and I enjoyed meeting you.. thanks again everyone I strongly recommend Nationwide much better then my Bob Bell exsperience and I will be back...

Went in for general auto care. They took me in as soon as I arrived. My service representative was very attentive and courteous. The waiting was clean and comfortable.
The management refused to take responsibility for a lemon they sold a young man even tho there was a warranty. Taking advantage of anyone who doesn’t have the resources to stand up for themselves is reprehensible. We are hoping complaints to the BBB and Consumer Protection will help him out.
Great customer service and the process didn't take long and my son drove off in a beautiful infinity.
