Well this BARBARA 'S FLORAL have failed me as a customer from beginning to end . I ordered a bouquet from their website , they forgot to put a card in with the flowers , they lied to me that they would email me when it would be shipped to my daughter in law. All of the lilies in this bouquet were completely closed. They subbed some of the flowers with snap dragons, there was no purple statice in the bouquet . My husband said it looked awful. The greenery was as cheap as it gets , not at all like the website either ! Plus they said they were not able to do the arrangement ., so they had a different florist do it on their behalf. They shoved a blue hydrangena at the front of the bouquet . That was the It just looked like they threw something together for my Beautiful in Blue Bouquet and thought that I would never see this . BOY , WERE THEY MISTAKEN . I CAN ASSURE I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN ! They are a rip off & don t believe in customer service at all !!!

Spent 100 and totally not worth it! Totally different from what’s shown on their website. The flowers are so sparsely arranged. Got poor quality roses, the petals are falling out! Very disappointed! NEVER gonna purchase again.
