Great customer service every time. They take great care of me. When a fax I sent wasn't legible, they went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. On my last trip, I didn't notice another patron wasn't wearing a mask (I would've left the store if I had noticed). They handled it very professionally, with courtesy and compassion, yet firm.

I usually don't leave reviews but in this case the women working at 1:30PM on 02/08/2021 in the packing section was very unpleasant. I've been to this location many times and everyone has always been pleasant. She was rude from the start and just left me really dissapointed on how much someone could possibly hate their job. She needs to be evaluated because you can at least say hello or have a good day to someone it's basic customer service.

Tried to print some pictures there and was absolutely disappointed. Team members from 2015 even don’t know how to print image within the picture borders. They do that cutting the image and take about 20 minutes to understand how to fix it. I would never recommend this place.
