Two stars because we were able to refinance a car loan and get access to our first credit card with poor credit. Every minute since has been a nightmare. The website and app aren’t functional. The customer service is horrible EVERYTIME. The phone line is ALWAYS busy and they hang up on you. The mortgage, credit and loan department is staffed by the RUDEST employees who have no desire to help customers. So happy to pay off my loan and be done with this horrible bank. Today I was yelled and screamed at by an employee named Li while speaking on the phone to her. She was actually telling me what to do. This credit union has always been hard to work with and I have always had to go out of my way to accommodate them but this is the last straw. You will never see another penny from me again. By the way, this is directed at the Credit Union and it's CEO, not the employees who are at the branch trying to earn a paycheck. Learn something from this!!!
Worst financing company I have ever worked with, the employees are incompetent idiots and there is 0 online help with anything. I have spent HOURS on hold with this company. They are the worst part of my month. I would give anything to be free of them.
I’ve been going to this branch since the age of 12 and love it there. Everyone treats me and my whole family as a member of their family. They know us by name now and have our accounts pulled up before we are even at the desk. Jordan is their person I have had most contact with and he is great! One of the best and kindest person you will ever deal with. I have never heard the word no from him and I would recommend this branch and it’s employees to anyone and everyone
Be careful. I thought it is free checking account. But they charge 5 per month for inactivity fee.
