Let me start off by saying, the Machesney Park Store should be the shining example of what Lowes around the country strive to be. The associates go out of their way to not only greet you throughout the store but will look up a product on their computers and take you to that department to either help you or will take you to another associate in that department that can help. Their customer service is exceptional and hands down, a store I take pride to shop at. After a bad experience at the Rockford Store, I took time out to talk to the Manager at Machesney Park and thank him for what a great job his store and associates do to help you feel welcomed, helped and even educate you on different products. If you had to choose a store in the area, I recommend Machesney Park Lowes... Hands down! They ROCK!!!!!

Pete B. who works in Appliances is just excellent! We purchased a washer, a dishwasher, and microwave from him and he was very kind, helpful and professional. he would call to give us updates when our appliances would be in, to keep us updated. He is just wonderful and very informative about all the products. We were very happy with his extraordinary help...he would even call other stores to see if our appliances were available, before ordering. just a great experience. THANKYOU KINDLY PETE !
