Could not have been more Impressed by Andrew and the staff! I came in A week before Christmas and about a minute after they opened the store and was greeted right away. I wanted to find a snowboard for myself, my 7 year old daughter and a set of skis for my 9 year old son and I knew absolutely nothing about any of it. Andrew not only was able to help me over the next hour with knowledge and products but also turn into superman and help other customers at the same time while still attending to my needs. I'm so extremely glad I decided to go here to buy my stuff. I'm sure I could have ordered off of amazon but his knowledge was worth its weight in gold and that's something you can't buy.

I had the best experience. Andrew made me a deal I couldn't pass up so I wanted to make sure I gave a good review. If you're into mountain biking this is the place to buy from they have a lot to offer.

Bought a bike from here because it was sold out online everywhere. I rode it for a month and was enjoying it but I had a couple spokes break. I took it in, got them fixed no problem. Took it out same day I picked it back up and broke more spokes within minutes. I called back and talked to service and found out this bike is known for this issue, the spokes are just brittle. I asked if I could just return it as I could not keep getting spokes repaired on this bike every single time I took it for a spin. Even though I was a few days past the 30 day return window they allowed me to anyway. That was really great of them, they could have technically refused, but they did what was right. I will definitely be back in the spring to find a better bike. I'm not sure what the contract/deal is with that particular bike manufacturer, but now that they are aware it is a bad bike I hope they are able to stop selling it. Just doesn't seem right to keep it in inventory now knowing its junk, but I understand business is tricky and it might not be that simple. In any case I had a good experience here and I feel I can shop there with the confidence that they will do what's right by me as a customer within reason. Stay away from the Aventon Level!

I've been a customer for years, but today was the first time I've been in since the pandemic started, and I'm afraid that Erik's is another business that is being lax about masks and social distance. As I was bringing my snowboard to the service desk and employee was walking through the store with his mask under his chin. He pulled it up when he noticed me. There were also customers wearing masks only covering their mouths. The layout of the store is the same as it always has been with no attention to or control over flow of traffic, so its nearly impossible to look at merchandise and maintain distance. As I left they put a sign out saying that they might limit the number of people in the store in order to enforce social distance, so they are aware of the Pandemic, butbthey need to do a better job inside.
