I order the Monday - Friday 1 meal a day 4-week meal plans often. I seriously love Fit Fresh. Their food is delicious, fresh, and they have a great variety. There's also meals that I would never think of cooking myself. I also love the fact that it's super easy for me to just heat things up in the microwave - I don't have to guess about cooking or measuring or anything. The portion sizes are exactly what I need and I feel like I'm putting good foods into my body. Plus, I don't waste nearly as much food as I would if I were to buy all the food necessary to make a recipe so that's a bonus.

I've been ordering Fit Fresh off and on for about 5 years. As a single person, I enjoy the simplicity of being able to open my refrigerator and have a healthy meal all ready for me to warm up and eat. The flexibility in being able to sign up for a 12 week plan and take off a week here and there is also very nice. I'm a fairly picky eater, but enjoy all the meals that I get and it also takes me out of my comfort zone just the right amount. I highly recommend!
I have gotten Fit Fresh a couple times. I do the pescatarian plan. The food is delicious. The breakfasts are especially good. For the most part my food was delivered to my door correctly. Only once was my order wrong. The owner Sara took care of it right away and was really generous. I will be ordering in the future. Thank you Fit Fresh for offering this service!
Workout. Eat and hang out. Repeat. This place is great if you need to grab a coffee to go, meet a friend for brunch or lunch or just get in a little \me time\. There's several sit down food options as well as RX bars and smoothies for on the go. Yum!
