I don't typically do online reviews, but I make an exception here. I visited this store around 5.30pm August 22, 2020 to get a simple print out. One of the two self service machines was out of order and the other one was being used. So I stood in the line for help. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one of the two people working asked me what I wanted help with and upon telling her I just needed a print out from my stick drive, she told me that she was leaving for the day and that I can either use the self serve machine or wait for the other person to help me. I informed her that one of the machines wasn't working and the other one is being used. She told me to wait for the other person. A few minutes later it was my turn and I informed the last remaining customer service rep what I wanted and she told me to either use the self service machine because she had to help another customer (who was behind me in the line) they were printing a poster or something for the other customer. I informed her that one of the machines was down and the other one was being used. She still told me to wait to help the customer who was behind me in the line. I waited for about 10 minutes and eventually left. I get it that it wasn't her fault that she was the only one working but why can't you help people in the order they came into the store? From their conversations it seemed like they knew each other as well. This was a very frustrating 20 minute visit to your FedEX store for a simple print out. I will be visiting the UPS store off 14 mile road from now on.

Self-service station rarely works. When it does work, it's almost as slow as getting help from any of the very few people that work here. Do people work here? I'm sure someone turns the lights on. Worst. Service. Ever.

Saw many negative reviews and wondered whether I should go there to mail a letter oversees. Decided to give it a try on a Saturday thinking it can't be that bad. I was in and out quickly and was very satisfied. Denise was behind the counter and she greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very detailed, pleasant, patient, and answered all my questions. She also recommended the best available price with the fastest international delivery. I was really impressed and appreciated her customer service. Keep up the good work.
