Return policy not so good for 90 days. Only 30 on certain items. Better not to change 90 to 30. Be looking into Home Depot's policies.

Had to wait over half an hour to get waited on. Then on delivery date was told one time only for it not to be delivered hours late. Only a snarky attitude from the delivery driver. I do not recommend using it.

The last 3 times, I’ve just so happened to need a key made and have had at least 5 associates walk right by me without even asking if I needed help while standing at the key cutting machine. Finally, I go to the counter and ask and the person that’s been 5 feet from me for the last 10 minutes and he said, “sorry, I thought someone was helping you”, but never thought to ask me. He then proceeds to announce that help was needed in the key cutting area and 10 more minutes...nothing. I had to finally ask again and someone showed up. This has been the issue the last three times. Just put a help button near the key machine. That’s it...oh, and have your employees ask customers regularly if they need help with anything. That would be acceptable customer service.

This is a decent Lowes. I have shopped here many times. I have used their online order and ship to store with no issues. Employees at times can be hard to find they have always been friendly and helpful
