I went to Redstone Harley Davidson with reserves. I met Joshua Armstrong and we talked about bikes. He never tried to push me into a sale. I went back ready to make a deal on a 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Limited. Joshua allowed me to ride the bike in the huge parking lot around back where they hold their bike Academy. He gave me plenty of time to get comfortable with the maneuvering of the bike before we got out on the road. I purchased the bike and the entire staff was super friendly. No one was a stranger it was as if we had been friends for years. Thank you Joshua for your patience and your professionalism. I cannot wait to see you all of you guys on the road again.

My husband and I had been to this dealership several times before deciding to buy my motorcycle there. The staff had always been very knowledgeable as well as friendly without hovering over us. That was only part of the reason we decided that when the time came to buy, it would be here. We couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. Due to traffic we didn’t even get there until 30 minutes prior to closing but nonetheless the staff was very patient while I tested several bikes. Haggling is not our thing and a major reason why we had waited so long. When I mentioned this to the sales person he indicated this was not a problem and they didn’t like it either. I made my selection, the sales person went to the sales manager and the deal he came back with was just too good to pass up. I drove away with my new HD and have never regretted making the purchase from this dealership. Not only are the sales staff the best but the parts, service, clothing and accessories people are hands down top quality. Definitely the place to go for all your HD wants and needs!!

They were quite patient, I'm a newer rider & a small female who needed some guidance & they, Kurtis & Gary, were very helpful. I took the safety course there last year & had the best instructors, Holly & Chris. This is what brought me back to this particular store. I'm ready to take another class with my own bike now. Thanks to everyone there who was a part of my journey!
