We bought 3 bikes from these guys in 2 days. John was extremely helpful and advising. Nowhere we could find bikes in NY (also other shops simply didn't care) but it was the service and friendliness that did it for us, we got the bikes we wanted for our budget too. Highly recommend these guys!

In these strange days it's really nice knowing some businesses got your back. Meryl took in my Specialized Roll bike, quickly assessed what might be needed, was very informative on pricing and timing. Enrique was the mechanic who worked on it. He texted me midway through suggesting I should have the rear brake cable changed out, which I much appreciated. It's been three years but I honestly think it rides better now than when I first bought it. John was terrific on the back end handling the transaction while keeping social distancing protocols in place. He even mounted my bike to the rack and had me confirm it was secure. It's great that they have bike rentals across the road from the Old Put Rails to Trails pathway. Visiting company always enjoy the convenience. Thank you Doug and crew for excellent service.

I went to a local bike shop to get a flat fixed and was told it would be 2-3 weeks due to the pandemic. I called Bikeway and they fixed the flat the same day, while I waited in the car. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Just got a pair of bike shoes for my peloton from there and they set the shoes up for me really quick with the cleats I needed as well. The prices were very reasonable. Anything I need for bike riding I will be getting from here from now one. Recommend 100% to anybody.
