Hey I am hoping the store manager reads these. I’ve left a few emails and not had anyone answer my phone call. I would like to follow up on the UPS claim from September. I reached out to UPS and they said they have provided reimbursement, can you provide an update?

Great and consistent service. Anytime I need to mail something I go there! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’m not sure how they compare price wise but even if it’s a little more it’s worth it for the fast, reliable and pleasant service.

Nice staff, but I was a little shocked with the price of stamps today. USPS charges 11 and Mail&More charges 18 per book. I understand charging a little more... but this is a HUGE difference. I'll buy them elsewhere next time.

Love supporting another business in the shopping center I work in. Convenient, staff is always friendly and willing to help. I have used mail and more for everything from faxing, printing, mailing & shipping- They have even notarized documents for me. The hours are great! Again, few things are better than supporting a locally owned business.

I pray for whatever this man is going through. The young kid is nice as can be, insanely nicer, and the prices always end up cheaper when he's the one assisting. A recent reviewer noticed the same thing; so it's not just me. It's a shame, he has a dark spirit cast over him that has effected too many of MY mornings.

Shipped a package on a Thursday and told them I needed it at the destination by that Saturday. After paying for the recommended shipping i looked at my receipt and they charged me extra to pay with my debit card and never mentioned it... Sleazy move! After checking the tracking a day later it wasn’t scheduled to be delivered until the following Tuesday, not because of delays but because the shipping they recommended was 5-8 day shipping... again, sleazy move! I would rather drive to the other side of Mt. Pleasant and deal with the USPS directly the ever give these people a dime of my money again. They will scam you for any penny they can! TL;DR: Will lie about services, overcharge, and rip you off all under on roof!

RIP-OFF!!! THIS PLACE IS CHARGING 18 FOR A BOOK OF STAMPS THAT GOES FOR 11 AT THE POST OFFICE! THERE IS ALSO AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE IF YOU DON'T PAY WITH CASH! STAY AWAY!

I needed to mail groomsmen proposal gifts for our upcoming wedding so I decide to stop in to see if Mail & More could help.. and they did! Mike was AWESOME, he carefully packed each gift and took the time to help me with a solid 15 minute job. I really appreciated his care and assistance! I highly recommend Mail & More - in fact I may even use them to print my invites! Thanks Mail & More!
