very unprofessional!!!! Needed them to fax birth certificate and license for retirement benefits and they faxed to the WRONG number. Women did not care or understand why I was upset. The fax said it went through and have no idea who the fax number belonged to.

The question I had was do you sell stamps... Why is there even a phone listed for this company? I called so I wouldn't take my sick child out of the vehicle just to get back into the vehicle have to go to another store to get stamps. I'm going to probably call one more time because apparently people call here for no reason. Its the new cool thing all the kids are doing it on the block they're calling this company for no reason.

I rent a mailbox here but CAN'T get a phone call returned...Idk when my mailing service ends and I need my packages since I've relocated.....
