Really grateful to Terry Brown, who was amazingly helpful on a recent visit. I was shipping four packages and needed boxes and economic shipping solutions. He provided great options and was very efficient, despite being very busy. I visit this store often to drop off packages and I keep coming back. They also have a great selection of greeting cards and other products. Highly recommend Mailbox Express!

I've used this store for years to ship small things and they've always been helpful and nice. I recently started to move and found I needed to ship some belongings that wouldn't fit in my car. They were beyond helpful, even when I needed help shipping a very breakable vase! I highly recommend them in every way.

I went in to mail a package and the two employees working were extremely friendly and helped me figure out what I needed to ship my package successfully (I’m a noob at this). In contrast to previous reviews, both employees were properly masked and maintained adequate social distance throughout my visit. I will return to this store anytime I need to mail/ship anything!

The owners of this store don’t believe in science, apparently. When I stopped by to mail some things yesterday, the owner (female) wasn’t wearing a mask. I asked her to please put one on, since there is a sign on the door about Northam's mask mandate. She pointedly said she “didn’t have to, but she would.” The male owner then made a nasty comment about how the only reason they were wearing masks was because of the governors mandate. I will be taking my business elsewhere since I don’t believe in supporting businesses that don’t believe in science nor care about the health and well-being of fellow human beings.

I used to work at a store in the same shopping center and every month we have to mail off coupons from the previous month or almost any register or computer part that is replaced we have to send the defective one back. It was so nice having a place like this to be able to drop off stuff to go back instead of a phone menu or just to drop off the coupons to be mailed. I only remember one male employee but he was always nice and the store is bright and clean. I could just hand him the envelope (it was too wide for a regular outgoing mail slot) and I had no doubt it would be mailed out. While I was the one mailing off the coupons they always ended up getting to the right person in corporate otherwise we would have gotten an email stating that our coupons were not received. I’m at a different location for the same store now and each time I get replacement parts in I wish there was a Mailbox Express in the shopping center I’m in instead of having to call the FedEx 800 number. I’ve never used them for any printing (haven’t needed anything like that) but I’m sure they’re top notch. I do however highly recommend them for your shipping needs!!

I tried to go in one day during the time of COVID and there was a sign saying everyone must enter with a mask on. Except, when I went in, no one was wearing a mask. And two of the employees behind the desk weren't even wearing masks either. Super unsafe and a waste of my time. I do not want to go back knowing it's a joke to wear a mask there.

Went a few weeks ago to mail a package. The staff went above and beyond to package up my stuff. She even cut down the box to send it the cheapest. Great customer service!!
