If I could give this place zero stars I would. No personable at all. To me it seems like they’re only about money. Something was wrong with my son and instead of figuring it out the doctor says” idk go see a gastro” ridiculous. This place is all about money and whoever says this place is good is on crack. Doctors short with us , in an out. This place is horrible

We have been going to see Dr. Levy since my son was born 6 years ago, and now my twin girls go to see him as well. He is so wonderful with all my kids and has a wonderful sense of humor and personality. I wouldn't think of going to any other doctor with my children. He is so good with my son as well as my 15 month old girls and always has a smile on his face which makes us all feel very comfortable. All the nurses that we see are so knowledgeable, wonderful and caring. The nicest group of ladies I have ever met. Always treats my children so nicely and does what they can to make them feel more at ease when they are scared or nervous. Lastly, the ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Walking into the Wee Care Pediatrics office they always have a smile on their face and are quick to assist. Lots of Kudos to the entire staff. Other offices could take lessons on how to treat patients from you. You are all so wonderful!
Giving them two stars because Levy and Snow were great with my son but deducting the rest of the stars because the office is HORRIBLE. The last 2 well visits I had scheduled, they somehow “lost” the appointment. We also scheduled an appointment to have a specialized vaccine administered because my son is immune deficient. I spoke to 2 different people in the office and very carefully explained the situation. 20 mins later the nurse practitioner tells us they can’t administer it. She claimed they called another office (our allergist who originally prescribed the vaccine) and told us we could “go there right away” to get the vaccine. Once we drove another half an hour to get there, we found out that we were NOT supposed to come right away, and they weren’t even open for vaccines at that time. Left me missing my whole day of work and battling an unvaccinated toddler that missed his nap...thanks a lot!
We have been going to Dr. Levy since our daughter was first born. He has literally held our hand as first time parents and has helped us through colic, acid reflux, poor weight gains, multiple eye infections, ear infections, stomach viruses and plain old first time parent hypochondria syndrome. He is a caring, dedicated doctor who will take the time needed and more with your family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician
Used this practice for many years. My child had an ongoing issue, but was not recommended to go to a specialist or prescribed effective medication. The doctors are nice, but cannot recommend them as diagnosticians for lung related illnesses.
