My mother has dementia and her mobility is impaired, her primary doctor requested physical therapist, occupational therapist and skilled nurse from Blue Dove Home Health Services. The doctor made the right choice to get this agency for the staff treated my mother like their own parent, especially her nurse Elizabeth and Derick. They provided everything to my mother needs from caring therapist, helping caregivers hours and wound in her ankles. By the expertise and skills of her nurse now it’s completely healed. They are so easy to approach and always there when you need help. Hoping that every elderly health services have the same staff like Blue Dove that really care, skilled and treated the elderly like a family, for that’s the only thing they need now, to be cared and loved. Thank you so much for all the kind effort in caring the elderly.

The place is a terrible place to work or give care to clients. Would not recommend very incompetent people. There also thieves don't want to pay on time always telling you stories, sometimes you don't get paid for weeks. They never want to put your clinets in for you than blame you when there not turned in on time. Several no shows to clients homes. Not sure how this place is still in existence Health Department who oversees these agencies needs to SHUT TO THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE SO THEY CAN STOP THERE UNSPEAKABLE HARM AND DECEIT THAT THERE DOING. IT'S LITERALLY A 3 OR 4 MINI GANG WITH RUDE ATTITUDES. WHEN THERE IN THE WRONG. DON'T WORK HEAR AND DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE THEM TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES! THEY'LL END UP WORSE. SHE'S EVEN THREATENED ME HAHAHAHA SPEAR ME THE COMEDY! ALLEGEDLY JUST TO SHUT HER DOWN - ZERO STARS!!!
Staff warm and friendly, professional, qualified and very caring towards their patient. Good at relaying their concerns and answering any questions that we had. They also returned our calls promptly, I would definitely recommend Blue Doves.
MISSED MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS - NOT A GOOD START! They can not show up on time for an initial assessment so will they show up when you need them? Doubt it. After 3 missed appointments over 2 days moving on to the next one on the list. Would NOT recommend for a loved one 8-(
