Home Depot extended their returns to 180 days due to the pandemic. However, apparently Lowe’s has removed removed the extension of 180 day return in the midst of the worse stretch of the pandemic. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot moving forward.

Easy shopping at this store. Returned items not needed and received help finding parts and lumber without much waiting and looking around. One employee went out of his way to get the item size I needed. I always comeback here it has everything I need all the time.

Visiting from Idaho for work. Got there a couple minutes before closing and asked a girl where something was and she knew exactly where it was. Aisle 17 on the right Flashlight went to go check out and a young lady named Ashley checked me out on my purchases, even with it being the end of the shift and store closing in 10 min. She still had a positive attitude. Thank yall.

Awful return policy in the midst of the pandemic. I had purchased these items and recall the return policies at most major stores including Lowes extended to 180 days. However at the worst point in the pandemic Lowes switched back to a 90 day return policy and I was unable to return my items. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
