This is the 3rd time I have rented tools at this location and the experience was great. Tools are obviously well used, but perform very well. Waldo made the checking in and out process a breeze. I will most likely never buy tools that they rent unless I use it often enough to warrant owning one. Will definitely rent here again.

Took 4 trees down and went to Home Depot to rent a chipper for the brush. Hired 3 people at 150 a day so I could get it all done in a day. Had problem with chipper from the start, dull blades and took forever. Couldn't handle 2 \ branches when it's rated for 6\. Spoke with manager on duty to get refund so I could rent again once they sharper or replaced blades. Took video for proof, showed \Chris\ and he could careless. Truly has no customer service skills at all let alone shouldn't be a manager. I have purchased 100k dollars remodeling house over the years. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO HOME DEPOT !! All it would of took is a credit for me to rent it again, ended up loading brush and taking trips to dump and still have more then 1/2 left to do. Just Horible experience!!

So bad make me wait for more than half hour in the tools rent department this people have no idea how to take care of the customer they work to get paid only look at you but nobody askyou if you need help ...try it for your self and visit this store
