He also delivered my computer to me which was an added bonus, this was so appreciated. *note will update when the repair is done- But I can say everyone was friendly and if you have a standard issue I can only assume they will workout for you. My issue seems difficult, and may require hardware replacement. Nonetheless Nathen was very thorough in his questions and front desk was pleasant. Ignore anyone here who says they were unfriendly or unorganized.

Nathan is THE go to guy when it comes to anything computers, but he is especially fantastic when it comes to Apple products. His prices are extremely fair too. If your laptop has issues, you are definitely in good hands with Tech Connect!
